Prenatal Massage

A Therapeutic Massage designed with the specific needs of pregnancy in mind. Massage in pregnancy provides an opportunity for you to tune in to your body and your baby, relax deeply, and reduce stress.

It can also help with common challenges in pregnancy, such as: back pain, insomnia, stress, water retention, sciatica, and more.

Care is taken to ensure both comfort and safety, according to your medical history and gestational stage.

As always, positioning and technique are customized to your needs.

Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage

Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage (MFLD) approaches the entire lymphatic and fascial systems from the more superficial to the deepest level, addressing inflammation and excess fluid from the skin down to the bone.

Because of its anti-inflammatory and pain relieving effects, Lymphatic Drainage is indicated for a large number of health conditions. However, you do not need to be sick or in pain to benefit from this gentle treatment.

Regular work with Lymphatic Drainage can help maintain the health of tissues and cells and contribute to overall wellness and prevent disease. Its relaxing effect on the nervous system can be very effective in countering the toll that stress takes on your body and mind.

“I’ve been seeing Johnie for over five years and can honestly say she is nothing short of exceptional. Her deep knowledge and skills set her apart. Most recently, her training, skill development, and experience in lymphatic drainage massage provided much needed treatment for me following a medical procedure.

My recovery was smoother, quicker, and far more comfortable than I ever imagined possible. Frankly, I know it would have taken much longer without her support.

She approached each session with compassion, professionalism, and a level of care that I have not found with other service providers or in spa settings. The difference was noticeable after each visit - less swelling, improved circulation, and an increase in my overall well-being.”
